Platform GET errors due to PHP memory limit

An error was identified when performing a GET request for large data from the platform.

The error appears to be caused by a PHP memory limitation (as reported by Guilherme Arthur).

The error can be reproduced by the attached python script.opv2v_ground_truth.py

Investigation into causes and corrections is required.

I've installed 2 libs to profile the code execution in production: xdebug and memprof.

To use you have to send in GET or POST the MEMPROF_PROFILE or XDEBUG_TRIGGER parameter.
