PUT method demanding error+confidence

PUT not accepting values without error and confidence.

AS far as was designed, the smartdata should support (optionally) an uncertain value. Should not demand the error and confidence values.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
