Develop a Qualifier, using the new command API, that interacts with Collector to query a dataset using the data model of the ecologic router (data stored in iot platform), then interacts with the Extractor to calculate correlation with either pearson or LASSO regression (configuration), and qualifier uses result to select either 3 to 6 features (configuration) with 50% to 80% (configuration) correlation or higher to train a predictor for a series in the dataset (configuration). Qualifier then sets up a Qualifier confidence assignment configuration in the controller (through metadata <target_series,model,input_series>) to be runned with the trained whenever a new sample of the target series is inserted in the domain.
