This version of EPOS 2.1 does not have a full integration with ARM and TSTP, but it will now continue in parallel

BUGFIX: crtend.o was being linked before -lsys, causing __CTOR_LIST__ to be truncated through the insertion of the "end mark" 0x00000000. Global constructors declared afterwards were not being invoked. It was now moved to the end of the linking line. 

Qemu is now doing lock control on disk images. Making EPOS bootable image read-only disables it. There was also a double template<> in traits.h caused by refacoting.

Fixing some minor bugs on Smart_Data and incompatibilities of Transducer's actuate method signature.

BUGFIX: PMU::init() and IC::enable(IC::INT_RESCHEDULER) (IPI enable) weren't being called for non-BSP CPUs.
